A workout session where you block distracting apps.
Before starting, you select which apps to shield (Instagram, TikTok, etc.). During the session, if you try to open a shielded app, you'll see a shield screen with two options:
"Distract Me" = Temporarily unshield (counts as distraction)
"Nah, Keep Krushing" = Stay focused (counts as resistance)
Sessions must be at least 15 minutes to count.
